I’m just going to tell you what you actually want to know:
It’s genuine and holds a UKCA safety certificate for this product, the build quality is superb, the fan is quiet but powerful and produces a lovely heat. It heats up extremely quickly and with an eco function it moderates the power to maintain the temperature gently and saves you a fortune in the process. It’s about 30 to 50p to run per hour as of Nov 2023. On low and eco mode and takes maybe 2 minutes to heat up a room with closed doors.
